The configuration enables the wish list and determines the email template and sender of email messages that are used when the wish list is shared. By default, the wish list is always enabled and appears on the sidebar of the storefront pages in the customer's account.
Currently, the Wish List configurations are not available for changing in the ScandiPWA theme:

Limits the number of emails a customer can send in a batch.

Display Wish Lists Summary

Configures the display of the Wish List Summary in the customer account dashboard. Options:
Display number of items in wishlist
Display item quantities
NOTE! In ScandiPWA, we always display the number of items on the wishlist.
