# Storefront Branding

To personalize your store, one of the first things you would like to update would be your store logo and favicon. Then the copyright notice and perhaps the welcome message as well. You are welcome to configure the storefront branding using the ScandiPWA theme.

# State Options

Currently, the State/Province field is always visible on the front-end and is not a required field.

| [Grouped Product](/4.0.2/catalog/creating-products/grouped-product) | **SUPPORTED** | A grouped product presents multiple, standalone products as a group. # Attribute Input Types

When viewed from the Admin, attributes are the fields that you complete when you create a product. The attribute input type, in turn, determines the type of data that can be entered and the format of field or input control.

ScandiPWA theme supports all input types of attributes:

# Wish Lists

In ScandiPWA, customer wish list is a list of products that can be saved for later to transfer the products to the shopping cart.

To use a Wish List, the customer must be registered. Once the customer logs in, it immediately becomes possible to add products to the wish list. I can be achieved through the product description page where the **Add to Wishlist** button is located. If a configurable product is added to the Wishlist, ScandiPWA will add the exact configurable option the customer has chosen.&#x20;

**To see what options the ScandiPWA Wishlist offers, please visit** [My Wishlist](/4.0.2/customers/account-dashboard/my-wishlist) section.

**To see what configurations are supported by ScandiPWA, please visit** [Configuring the Wish List](/4.0.2/marketing/wish-lists/configuring-the-wish-list) section.

# Configuring the Wish List

The configuration enables the wish list, and determines the email template and sender of email messages that are used when the wish list is shared. By default, the wish list is always enabled and appears on the sidebar of the storefront pages in the customer's account.&#x20;

Currently, the Wish List configurations are not available for changing in the ScandiPWA theme:

# URL Rewrites

<div align="left"><img src="/files/-MKEz34EdQLuLYOiF180" alt=""></div>

With URL Rewrite you change any URL that is associated with a product, category, or CMS page. When the rewrite goes into effect, any links that point to the previous URL are redirected to the new address.&#x20;

### Configuring URL Rewrites <a href="#urlrewrites-configuringurlrewrites" id="urlrewrites-configuringurlrewrites"></a>

URL rewrites make it possible to make existing URLs more “search engine friendly” and also easier for humans to read. Magento routinely uses URL rewrites to remove the file name “index.php” that normally appears in the URL just after the root folder. When Web Server Rewrites are enabled, the system rewrites each URL to omit “index.php.”&#x20;

By default, Web Server Rewrites are **always enabled** in ScandiPWA. You will never see the URL of your stores to appear with the "index.php" part. Therefore, **NOTE!** the **Use Web Server Rewrites** setting is deprecated in ScandiPWA.&#x20;

### Automatic Product Redirects <a href="#urlrewrites-automaticproductredirects" id="urlrewrites-automaticproductredirects"></a>

Your store can be configured to automatically generate a permanent redirect whenever the URL key of a product or category changes.&#x20;

Redirects to the new address after changing the URL are supported by ScandiPWA out of the box.

# Search Engine Robots

The Magento configuration includes settings to generate and manage instructions for web crawlers and bots that index your site. The instructions are saved in a file called “robots.txt” that resides in the root of your Magento installation.

With the ScandiPWA theme, feel free to use the default Magento functionality to upload and configure the robots.txt.

{% hint style="info" %}
**WHERE TO CONFIGURE?**

On the Admin sidebar, go to **Content → Design → Configuration → Global** configuration **→ Search Engine Robots.** Insert the instructions in **Edit Custom instruction of robots.txt file** and set the **Default Robots.** When complete, tap **Save Configuration.**
{% endhint %}

### Robots.tx template  <a href="#searchenginerobots-robots.txtemplate" id="searchenginerobots-robots.txtemplate"></a>

Even in the regular Magento projects, there are cases when we upload robots.txt directly to the server root directory and ignore the field in BE. The default robots.txt are usually taken and adjusted based on the project. As a template you are welcome to use the following generic robots.txt which can be used for your store that you can insert in the **Edit Custom instruction of robots.txt file** field in the Search Engine Robots configurations:

{% file src="/files/-MKL-qzXVOX8GFkvrSMu" %}

It contains:&#x20;

* Standard M2 directories
* URLs which appear in FE but should be excluded from the index, e.g., My Account
* SID
* /catalog/view/
